Captain Bill Geho is a fifth generation Floridian, born on his
family's ranch in Central Florida. His boyhood was spent
listening to stories of "Old Florida'', working cattle, and
fishing the flats, back country, and nearshore off Florida's
west coast. His life long
passion for fishing has resulted in his current position as a
well respected guide from New Port Richey to Boca Grande,
specializing in snook, redfish , trout, and tarpon.
Captain Bill runs two boats, depending on
conditions and locations. The first is a Dorado 23' Pro Guide, complete with
tower to enable fish to be spotted in the shallow flats. The
boat is designed to fish in just inches of water, yet offers a
full transom and adequate freeboard to safely fish in almost any
condition. Outfitted beyond Coast Guard standards, she can
comfortably and safely fish up to four people. The second is an
18' Silver King flats boat, complete with a Yamaha outboard
motor, trolling motor and push
pole for backwater fishing.

During the months of May and June, Capt. Bill can be found
fishing exclusively in Charlotte Harbor, taking advantage of the
world's greatest tarpon migration in Boca Grande. The thrill of
helping someone jump and land one of these silver giants is an
experience like no other, and the passion these fish inspire in
Capt. Bill is something he thrills in sharing with other anglers.
Fishing experiences with Captain Bill have
proven to be successful, whether he's guiding seasoned fisherman
or novices. His patience, knowledge, and "can do" attitude make
any day on the water a pleasant and memorable experience.
